the mind.

Rosalie has been OBSESSED with all things food since she was 11 and made her first dishes. Granted in the beginning that was mostly pasta with olive oil and parm and a lot of peanut brittle (which boggles her mind now considering the boiling hot sugar of it all), but as the years went on, her desire to learn more about cooking grew.

She graduated first in her class from Hofmann Culinary School in Barcelona and has worked in restaurants in the kitchen and the dining room. She continues to live in Barcelona where the amazing food scene constantly inspires her to create new spins on traditional Spanish flavors.

Eatin' It Up is a space created for foodies like her to get recipes that help them figure out what to make when they're short on ideas or need a little inspiration.
